Provider Network Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Network Manager to manage provider networks and conduct contract negotiations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage provider networks for adequacy and access, including contract negotiations
• Monitor network adequacy and resolve hospital provider claim issues
• Develop provider contracting strategies and participate in related meetings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's degree preferred (MBA, MHA)
• Five to seven years of experience in administration and/or negotiation of managed care contracts
• Experience in network development and retention strategies
• Knowledge of financial analysis related to network development targets
• Ability to oversee network problem resolution
