Provider Network Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Network Manager to oversee the behavioral health counselor provider network.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Provider Network Supervisors to ensure effective service delivery and performance metrics
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workflows to meet service level agreements and performance metrics
• Monitor provider performance, participant feedback, and ensure timely documentation and billing submissions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university; 5+ years of experience in provider relations specific to behavioral health
• Experience in network provider recruitment, credentialing, and onboarding
• Minimum of five years of supervisory experience in a similar program environment
• Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver services within established timelines and quality standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and electronic documentation systems
