Provider Network Negotiation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Network Negotiation Specialist to negotiate contracts and maintain provider networks in managed care markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate fee-for-service contracts for home health and ancillary services across multiple business lines
• Analyze market data and financial models to support negotiations
• Develop and maintain provider participation within the network and monitor provider performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Services or Hospital Administration preferred
• Four years of progressive provider network contract negotiation experience or equivalent education and experience
• Experience in a healthcare management environment preferred
• Two years of supervisory experience preferred
• Strong project management and negotiation skills
