Provider Network Operations Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coordinator, Provider Network Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support data operations for the NIA line of business, including authorization processing and issue resolution
• Manage concurrent projects and maintain departmental documentation while identifying areas for process improvement
• Function as a subject matter expert for systems, operational processes, and client processing rules

Required Qualifications:

• BA/BS preferred or equivalent work experience
• 1-2 years of experience in healthcare related to credentialing, provider enrollment, or claims processing
• General understanding of US healthcare and Managed Care Organizations
• Prior experience with cross-domain collaboration and workstreams
