Provider Network Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Provider Network Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end operations and expansions for provider networks in the US & Canada
• Understand and enhance the company's strategic positioning within the healthcare ecosystem
• Define and deliver on KPIs related to provider network operations and lead a team of individual contributors

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in provider network operations or healthcare operations
• 3+ years of people management experience
• Experience managing large-scale networks and operationally-focused teams
• Strong organizational and program management skills
