A company is looking for a Director, Provider Network Performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee efforts to improve provider network performance and promote provider engagement
• Collaborate with health plans and stakeholders to develop plans for improving provider performance
• Evaluate provider Health Benefits Ratio (HBR) and identify network improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Healthcare, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in contracting, health care reimbursement, or quality measurement
• Prior experience building and managing relationships with health care providers preferred
