Provider Network Quality Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Network Relations Quality Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and respond to provider network quality requests through the Provider Information Network System (PINS)
• Develop training materials and provide guidance to provider network staff on protocols
• Track provider data issues and prepare materials for monthly health network forums

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma with 1-year relevant experience in provider relations or related fields
• Proven conflict resolution experience
• Proficiency with computer and MS Office products
• Experience in customer service, quality assurance, or negotiations is preferred
• Associate degree with 2 years of relevant experience is preferred
