Provider Network Recruiter

Job Summary

To support network expansion, the full-time remote Provider Network Recruiter will identify, engage, and contract dental providers while managing a robust recruitment pipeline and conducting outreach to prospective providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and contract General Dentists and Specialists to achieve network growth goals
• Conduct outbound outreach to build relationships with prospective providers and educate them on network benefits
• Maintain detailed records of provider interactions and recruitment activities using CRM and tracking systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• Minimum two years of experience in insurance network recruitment, provider relations, or healthcare sales
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience managing multiple priorities with a high degree of accuracy
• Knowledge of provider contracting and credentialing processes is preferred
