Provider Network Recruiting Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Network Recruiting Specialist for a remote opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective fitness provider partners, determine suitability, and present the benefits of joining the network
• Negotiate contract terms and obtain signed agreements, while managing the onboarding process for new providers
• Research recruitment effectiveness and implement improvements in best practices for provider recruitment

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree (or higher) preferred; experience may substitute for education
• At least two years of customer service experience, with one year in sales, telesales, or telephonic recruiting preferred
• Proficiency in inside sales and telemarketing
• Experience using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required
• Must possess an outgoing and assertive personality
