Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of experience in provider network recruitment or related roles
• 2+ years of experience leading recruiters, preferably in provider recruitment
• Strong knowledge of dental provider markets and contracting
• Experience managing KPIs and recruitment pipelines
