Provider Network Relations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Network Relations Specialist - International (PNOPS).

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit OCONUS medical facilities and clinics, supporting Occupational Health Services initiatives
• Develop and maintain a list of OCONUS recruitment opportunities through research and networking
• Negotiate pricing agreements with medical facilities and manage provider coverage in assigned territories

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 2-3 years of experience in international medical facility recruitment
• Demonstrated negotiation skills
• Proficiency with computers and MS Office products
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
• Experience with cold calling is essential
