Provider Network Relations Specialist

Job Summary

Recruiting medical facilities into a global provider network, the full-time Provider Network Relations Specialist will engage in extensive phone work, including cold calling and negotiating pricing, while maintaining professional relationships and supporting the Occupational Health Services Business Line.

Key responsibilities:

• Professionally recruit and interact with medical facilities and clinics, ensuring provider coverage in assigned territories
• Build and maintain relationships with facility providers, responding to communications in a timely manner
• Negotiate pricing agreements and manage Provider Service Agreement paperwork, collaborating with the Credentialing Manager as needed

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma with 5-6 years of experience, including 2-3 years in medical facility recruitment
• Demonstrated comfort with the negotiation process
• Proficiency with MS Office products and common office equipment
• Ability to participate in interdepartmental project groups and communicate effectively
• Experience in ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
