Provider Network Specialist

Job Summary

To support the expansion of a robust healthcare provider network, the remote Provider Network Specialist will research, evaluate, and recommend top-tier providers while enhancing systems and processes that improve access and efficiency in medical care.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a proprietary database of elite healthcare providers, ensuring accuracy and clinical relevance
• Expand the provider network through research, evaluation, and relationship development
• Support the implementation of technology-enabled processes for provider management and patient access

Required qualifications

• Prior provider-facing healthcare experience and/or a degree in a healthcare-related field strongly preferred
• Experience conducting or administering academic and/or clinical research strongly preferred
• Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information across medical specialties
• A solutions-oriented mindset with a strong affinity for technology and process optimization
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
