Provider Network Specialist

Job Summary

Recruiting mental health professionals, the full-time remote Provider Network Specialist will manage the onboarding process and ensure compliance with accreditation standards to expand the global network of mental health service providers.

Key responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard mental health professionals, including counselors and therapists, to enhance the provider network
• Review provider applications and documentation to ensure compliance with accreditation standards
• Conduct primary source verification of licenses and malpractice coverage to maintain a reputable network

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Fluency in Spanish and Italian
• Experience in sales is preferred
• Proficiency in software applications, including Excel and Word
• Strong online research skills with a creative and efficient approach
