Provider Network Specialist

Job Summary

Owning the supply side of Wellthy's backup care network, the full-time remote Provider Network Specialist will source, vet, and manage relationships with quality care providers, ensuring families have access to care options on short notice.

Key responsibilities

• Source and prioritize providers in various markets, utilizing licensing data and market knowledge
• Conduct outreach to prospective providers, guiding them through the onboarding process and ensuring they meet Wellthy's quality standards
• Negotiate partnership terms and manage ongoing relationships to maintain provider engagement and coverage

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment, vendor management, partnerships, sales, or customer service
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred, or 3 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience with data analysis and basic productivity software (GSuite, Slack, spreadsheets)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Openness to learning and adapting to emerging technologies
