Provider Network Specialist

Job Summary

Serving as a key point of contact for providers, the full-time remote Provider Network Specialist will deliver first-line support for network-related inquiries, focusing on provider contracting, credentialing, and network participation status while ensuring high-quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer service calls, providing entry-level troubleshooting and redirecting calls as necessary
• Address minor provider issues and resolve complaints while ensuring clear documentation of all communications
• Identify provider issues and determine appropriate actions for effective resolution

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Solid knowledge of the commercial health insurance market
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet business needs
• Experience with Facets is preferred but training will be provided
