A company is looking for a Provider Network Strategist.

Key Responsibilities

• Synthesize complex healthcare concepts into actionable guidance for diverse audiences
• Translate organizational goals into structured workplans and coordinate cross-functional alignment
• Develop decision-ready materials and identify risks, gaps, and interdependencies to maintain project momentum

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• Five or more years of experience in network strategy, provider relations, or healthcare operations
• Experience with all health insurance lines of business, including Commercial, JAA, FEP, Medicare Advantage, and Medicaid
• Understanding of business needs and objectives in the healthcare industry
• Proven ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders to maintain alignment throughout initiatives
