Provider Network Supervisor

Job Summary

Supervising the operations of the network accounts department, the full-time Provider Network Supervisor will manage day-to-day workflows, assist with provider contracting activities, and respond to escalated provider issues in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the network accounts function in compliance with relevant policies and guidelines
• Assist in provider contracting activities to minimize implementation issues and ensure compliance
• Plan and conduct meetings with network account representatives for training and orientation on health plan policies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in network account management, provider contracting, or billing in a managed care environment
• Supervisory or lead experience preferred
• Knowledge of managed care and state Medicaid program guidelines
