Provider Onboarding Specialist

Job Summary

To oversee the integration and successful onboarding of new or reactivated providers, the temporary Provider Onboarding Navigator will manage a specific book of business, ensuring a high-touch onboarding experience while working remotely in the Eastern or Central Time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the end-to-end applications and onboarding pipeline for providers within the assigned region, making critical decisions on onboarding sequencing
• Provide dedicated 1:1 onboarding support to providers and partner with leadership to achieve client and network capacity goals
• Maintain data accuracy and compliance oversight, generating operational reports to present pipeline health data to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a high-volume administrative or operational role managing competing priorities
• Strong project and time management skills with a focus on organization and attention to detail
• High emotional intelligence and ability to build collaborative relationships with clinical providers and corporate leadership
• Experience with data reporting and proficiency in digital workspaces such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
• Proven track record of accurate, high-volume data entry and digital record maintenance
