Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with international teams to efficiently onboard providers and meet conversion goals
• Partner with teams to pilot performance improvement projects and enhance provider acquisition processes
• Communicate with providers via calls, texts, and emails to encourage activation and growth

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years experience in an operations role in technology, healthcare, or a similar environment
• Data-driven with the ability to translate findings into actionable insights
• Experience working in Google Sheets and customer service tools
• Ability to work cross-functionally
• Empathetic with strong active listening skills while maintaining appropriate boundaries
