Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Operations Associate (Contract) to manage the clinician onboarding process and ensure successful integration into practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the transition of clinicians from credentialing to active onboarding and training
• Guide clinicians through a structured 90-day success roadmap to achieve productivity and quality milestones
• Audit the onboarding process to identify and eliminate bottlenecks, improving activation time for new providers

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Onboarding or a high-level Operational role
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong organizational skills and efficiency in managing processes
• Ability to analyze data using tools like Airtable, Looker, and Google Sheets
• Experience in a healthcare environment is a plus
