Provider Operations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Operations Sr. Associate - Inbound Data Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound data work queues to ensure fast, accurate processing
• Maintain and iterate on AI-enabled workflows and evaluate AI agent performance
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and lead data improvement projects

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years in operations or consulting
• Experience with AI tooling and automated workflows
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and Business Intelligence tools; SQL is a plus
• Healthcare or Medicare experience preferred
• Strong data analysis skills and comfort with new product tooling
