Provider Operations Associate Director

Job Summary

To support the development of strategic capabilities, the full-time Associate Director of Provider Operations and Capabilities will manage provider satisfaction initiatives, drive technology strategy, and lead a team to enhance operational efficiencies while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the C&S Provider NPS program to improve provider satisfaction and drive measurable enhancements
• Create and implement capability and technology strategies that align with health plan priorities and improve provider experiences
• Manage capability delivery from intake through execution, ensuring timely and budget-compliant project completion

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in business management, operations, strategy, or product management
• 4+ years of experience in provider experience or operations, including claims and provider partnerships
• 4+ years of experience supporting Medicaid and/or Dual Special Needs Plan (D SNP) programs
• 4+ years of experience in corporate reporting or data management
• 4+ years of team management experience
