Provider Operations Coordinator

Job Summary

Supporting the operational and administrative needs of a physician service line, the remote Provider Operations Coordinator will focus on onboarding, scheduling systems coordination, and ensuring providers are effectively integrated into telehealth environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for physicians and providers, including training on telehealth platforms and communication tools
• Serve as a liaison between clinical teams, IT, and operations to ensure seamless system access and functionality
• Support physician scheduling processes and assist with staffing models and forecasting to meet service demand

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience in healthcare operations, telehealth, or clinical systems; EMR familiarity strongly preferred
• Experience in physician scheduling strongly preferred
