Provider Operations Coordinator

Job Summary

Utilizing expertise in the tolling industry, the remote Provider Operations Coordinator will manage escalated customer issues through CRM software, identify opportunities to minimize revenue loss and violations, and collaborate with various teams to enhance processes and customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve customer issues related to provider data or processes through analysis and recommendations
• Conduct in-depth data investigations to address complex customer inquiries
• Collaborate with operations, development, and product teams to propose technology solutions and improvements

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a toll or transportation role in a similar environment (preferred)
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Strong analytical skills with problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
