Provider Operations Lead

Job Summary

To build and run the Provider Operations function, the full-time remote Provider Operations Lead will manage the largest team at the company, overseeing provider onboarding, credentialing, and payer enrollment while optimizing processes and ensuring compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Provider Operations team, fostering a culture of ownership and accountability
• Map and optimize the end-to-end provider journey, establishing clear processes for rapid payer launches
• Ensure high-quality provider credentialing and maintain compliance while scaling operational capacity

Required qualifications

• 8-15 years of operations experience, with proven management of large operations teams
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to build dashboards and define KPIs
• Experience in process design and optimization for high-throughput operations
• Familiarity with modern AI tools to enhance throughput and analytics
• Healthcare experience preferred, especially in provider credentialing or payer enrollment
