Provider Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider & Vendor Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage provider and/or supplemental vendor operations concerns and issues
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with providers and/or supplemental vendors
• Coordinate and participate in biannual practice manager meetings and specialty meetings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or eight years of equivalent experience
• Minimum of four years of experience in the health care industry
• Minimum of two years of health services negotiation and provider/customer service experience
• Valid driver's license
• Working knowledge of medical terminology, health care billing/coding, and reimbursement methodologies
