Provider Operations Manager

Job Summary

To ensure operational excellence in managing provider data, the full-time remote Provider Operations Manager will drive the strategic migration of high-volume operations into automated workflows, oversee AI agent performance, and lead cross-functional partnerships to maintain provider directory accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the migration of operations into automated workflows by identifying opportunities for AI integration
• Lead and support offshore partners in executing daily workflows and maintaining clear SOPs
• Serve as a subject matter expert on provider data, investigating discrepancies and improving inbound data processing

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare, operations, or a related field
• Strong operational leadership with a proven ability to drive outcomes in complex environments
• Experience developing scalable processes and performance metrics
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and Business Intelligence tools; SQL knowledge is a plus
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in data management
