Provider Operations Specialist

Job Summary

To support a seamless onboarding journey for new providers, the full-time Provider Operations Specialist will manage the onboarding experience, coordinate credentialing and payer enrollment activities, and serve as a trusted resource for providers, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the provider onboarding experience, guiding new physicians and advanced practice providers through the process
• Coordinate credentialing and payer enrollment activities, ensuring documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time
• Monitor compliance requirements, including licenses and certifications, while maintaining accurate records and reports

Required qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in a medical office, healthcare operations, or provider services
• Knowledge of provider credentialing, enrollment, or onboarding processes is preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
