Provider Operations Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Provider Operations - Credentialing - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities related to provider data management and credentialing
• Serve as a subject matter expert for quality assurance, auditing, and process improvements
• Document new policies, develop training materials, and assist with onboarding new staff

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 3 years' experience in healthcare insurance related to provider data
• 3 years of healthcare experience required; health plan experience preferred
• Understanding of health claims processing is a plus
• No certification or licensure required
