Provider Operations Supervisor

Job Summary

Managing day-to-day activities in provider data management and credentialing, the full-time remote Provider Operations Supervisor will oversee a team of credential specialists, ensure compliance with processes, and support quality assurance and training initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations related to provider data management and credentialing
• Serve as a subject matter expert for compliance, quality assurance, and process improvements
• Develop and maintain training materials and documentation for onboarding new staff

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare required
• Health plan experience preferred
