Provider Outreach Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Outreach Specialist - National Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish positive, long-term relationships with physicians and medical groups through inbound and outbound calls
• Conduct outreach to provider groups regarding tools and programs aimed at improving care quality for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and ACA Members
• Support Risk and Quality Client Programs by ensuring accurate data delivery and assisting providers with understanding payment methodologies and documentation

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or 2+ years of experience with Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and ACA programs
• 1+ years of Provider Support experience in a high-volume setting
• 6+ months of experience with Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, or ACA programs
• 6+ months of experience working within a HIPAA environment
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
