Job Summary

To enhance provider engagement and satisfaction, the full-time remote Provider Partnership Manager will oversee and manage relationships with providers in an assigned region, ensuring they receive necessary support and resources while driving retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage provider relationships as the primary contact, ensuring strong partnerships and addressing concerns effectively
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve provider inquiries and enhance the overall provider experience
  • Monitor provider satisfaction and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and support reporting efforts
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in provider relations, account management, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience managing external partner relationships in a service-oriented or education environment
  • Experience working with school districts, charter schools, or similar organizations preferred
  • Proven ability to resolve provider issues through coordination with internal teams
  • Experience analyzing feedback and performance metrics for reporting and improvement efforts
