Provider Partnership Team Lead

Job Summary

Supporting corporate strategies remotely, the Provider Partnership Team Lead will develop data-driven solutions, translate business requirements into reporting, and provide guidance to analysts while working Eastern Standard Time hours.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver data-driven solutions, including reports and analytics across key business areas
• Review and validate work produced by Analysts and Senior Analysts to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Analyze results and provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Management, Information Science, or related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in data reporting or analytics within the healthcare industry
• Strong understanding of medical claims and billing processes
• Experience with provider network operations preferred
• Demonstrated experience presenting insights to senior leadership and external stakeholders
