Provider Payment Strategy Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Payment Strategy Manager (Defined Term).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage provider reimbursement methodologies to align with organizational strategies and advise executive leadership
• Evaluate the feasibility of reimbursement methodologies using various methods and models
• Oversee and guide the provider reimbursement function, mentoring and training assigned staff

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Health Care, or a related field
• Minimum of eight years of experience in provider reimbursement or payment strategy activities, including three years in a managed care environment
• At least three years of management, supervisory, or lead experience
• Strong knowledge of provider reimbursement methodologies and healthcare industry terms
• Experience with data modeling techniques and analytical tools, including SQL
