Provider Performance Manager

Job Summary

Collaborating with healthcare providers to enhance their performance in value-based contracts, the full-time remote Provider Performance Manager will develop key performance metrics, implement operational improvements, and provide training to provider staff.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with provider staff to implement operational and clinical process improvements
• Identify and establish key performance metrics to measure provider performance
• Develop training and support for provider staff to understand performance metrics and improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Public Health, or a related field required; Master's Degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in value-based contracting, managed care, or process and performance improvement
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
