Key Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and influence organizational behavior change
• Implement Continuous Improvement Tools and partner with leaders to enhance operational processes
• Create and maintain process documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in provider operations within a payer setting
• Strong understanding of NCQA, CMS, and NUCC requirements
• 3+ years of experience with data software and analytics tools
• 3+ years of end-to-end project management experience
• 3+ years of experience in workflow design and operational procedure development
