Provider Process Design Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Provider Process Design to join their Network Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and influence organizational behavior change
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to drive operational improvements and implement process frameworks
• Utilize process improvement best practices to engineer and implement consistent organizational processes

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in provider operations within a payer setting
• Strong understanding of NCQA, CMS, and NUCC requirements
• 3+ years of experience with data software such as SQL or other analytics tools
• 3+ years of end-to-end project management experience
• 3+ years of experience in designing and improving workflows and operational procedures
