Provider Quality Analyst
Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time remote Provider Quality Analyst will monitor and maintain provider and prescriber data quality, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and improving operational performance.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor, validate, and maintain provider and prescriber data for accuracy and compliance
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies impacting claims adjudication and reporting integrity
- Track and analyze data quality trends, risks, and performance metrics to inform process improvements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
- 2 years of experience with provider data and/or validation in healthcare billing or credentialing
- Experience in data analysis, healthcare claims processing, and issue resolution
- Familiarity with compliance program objectives
- Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with colleagues
