Provider Recruiter

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Provider Recruiter will lead clinical provider network recruitment, onboarding, and expansion activities to ensure access to a high-quality mental health provider network.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and contract with mental health providers to meet network needs
• Facilitate the onboarding and contracting process, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Maintain accurate records of outreach, contracts, and onboarding milestones while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, or a related field strongly preferred
• Proven experience in provider recruitment or a related field
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and provider network requirements
• Proficiency in contract negotiation and compliance
• Previous full cycle recruiting experience
