Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Recruiting Associate to enhance the hiring experience for Registered Dietitians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the dedicated point of contact for applicants, effectively communicating Nourish's value proposition and processes
• Drive applicant engagement through proactive outreach and timely follow-ups to increase offer acceptance
• Track and analyze key recruiting metrics to improve funnel conversion and inform hiring strategy

Required Qualifications:

• 1-3+ years of experience in recruiting or outbound sales development
• Strong organizational skills to manage a high-volume process and multiple interactions simultaneously
• Ability to learn new processes quickly and assume ownership of tasks
• Experience in fast-paced start-ups, particularly in healthcare operations, telehealth, SaaS, or tech
• Passion for nutrition and wellness, with a motivation to help others improve their health
