Provider Recruiting Associate

Job Summary

To support the recruitment of Registered Dietitians, the full-time Provider Recruiting Associate will manage the candidate experience from initial contact through the hiring process, driving engagement and refining recruiting strategies, while working remotely or from New York, NY.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the dedicated point of contact for applicants, effectively communicating Nourish's value proposition and processes
• Drive applicant engagement through proactive outreach, timely follow-ups, and managing the recruiting inbox
• Track and analyze key recruiting metrics to improve funnel conversion and collaborate with internal teams to enhance the candidate experience

Required Qualifications:

• 1-3+ years of experience in recruiting or outbound sales development
• Hyper-organized with the ability to manage a high-volume process and multiple interactions simultaneously
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a passion for engaging with providers
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and assume ownership of tasks
• Experience in fast-paced start-ups, particularly in healthcare operations or tech environments
