Job Summary

Leading the talent acquisition function, the remote Provider Recruiting Manager will oversee full-cycle recruiting across clinical, operational, and corporate roles while developing effective strategies to attract and retain high-quality talent.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruiting strategies aligned with organizational growth and workforce needs
  • Oversee full-cycle recruiting activities, ensuring a positive candidate experience and guiding hiring managers on best practices
  • Lead and mentor the recruiting team, setting goals and fostering a collaborative culture focused on results
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, including full-cycle recruiting
  • 2+ years of leadership experience within recruiting or talent acquisition
  • Experience recruiting for a mix of roles, preferably within healthcare or telehealth
  • Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes and applicable employment laws
