Provider Recruiting Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of Provider Recruiting Associates, the full-time Provider Recruiting Manager will drive the scaling of the provider network to enhance patient access to care, while collaborating closely with the Provider Growth team in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team to meet and exceed activity and output targets
• Implement performance management processes and foster a high-accountability team culture
• Conduct systematic reviews of call and meeting recordings, providing feedback and coaching to reinforce best practices

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ year of people management experience in a high-growth startup environment
• Strong understanding of sales management fundamentals, including pipeline hygiene and performance management
• Experience in hiring, onboarding, and ramping new sales hires
• Proficiency in leveraging CRM data, specifically Salesforce, for coaching insights
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of building trust within a team
