Job Summary
Leading a team of Provider Recruiting Associates, the full-time Provider Recruiting Manager will drive the growth of the provider network to enhance patient access to care, while working remotely and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team to achieve activity and output targets
- Implement performance management processes and conduct regular feedback sessions to reinforce best practices
- Oversee the interview process for new hires and manage onboarding and ramp milestones for team members
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ year of people management experience in a sales or recruiting environment at a high-growth startup
- Strong understanding of sales management fundamentals, including pipeline hygiene and performance management
- Experience with hiring, onboarding, and training new sales hires
- Proficiency in leveraging CRM data, specifically Salesforce, for coaching insights
- Familiarity with healthcare personas is a plus
