Provider Recruitment Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Recruitment Associate to assist with the recruitment process for physician and advanced practitioner candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with candidate inquiries and develop practice job descriptions
• Source, pre-screen, and schedule qualified candidates for open positions
• Manage recruitment events and support the candidate interview process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and at least one year of related experience preferred
• Previous healthcare sales or recruiting experience preferred
• Strong computer technology skills, including Microsoft Office and SalesForce
• Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
• Ability to conduct Internet research efficiently
