Provider Recruitment Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Recruitment Associate to assist with the recruitment process for physician and advanced practitioner candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the logistics of the recruitment process including candidate sourcing and scheduling
• Manage outbound communication campaigns and assist in recruitment marketing efforts
• Coordinate candidate interview processes and manage off-site recruitment events

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and at least one year of related experience preferred
• Previous healthcare sales or recruiting experience preferred
• Strong computer technology skills, including Microsoft Office and social media
• Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize a large volume of detail-oriented work
