Job Summary
Overseeing the medical staff development plan, the remote full-time Assistant Vice President, Provider Recruitment will manage recruitment strategies, mentor the recruitment team, and collaborate with leadership to meet provider recruitment and retention goals.
Key responsibilities
- Provide strategic oversight for the Provider Recruitment team to meet organizational metrics and objectives
- Collaborate with leadership to assess and implement best practices for recruiting and retaining providers
- Manage critical recruitment efforts and mentor Sourcing Specialists and Recruiters to enhance their development
