Job Summary
Managing physician recruitment and outreach strategies, the full-time Provider Recruitment Manager will oversee recruitment operations, mentor teams, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience in a remote setting with minimal travel.
Key responsibilities
- Operationalize physician recruitment strategies and manage outreach efforts for physicians and midlevel providers
- Lead and mentor the physician recruitment outreach and ambassador teams, prioritizing departmental operations and special projects
- Coordinate all recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, site visits, and negotiation processes
Required qualifications
- High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience, OR Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience, OR 7 years of applicable experience required
- 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in provider/physician recruitment preferred
