Job Summary

A healthcare organization is seeking a Provider Recruitment Specialist for remote work in the USA.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of potential providers using online resources
• Engage in active recruitment by searching job boards, sending personalized recruitment communications, and conducting outreach via social networks
• Conduct cold outreach to potential candidates to expand the network of professionals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience is required
• Two years of healthcare recruiting experience with a focus on clinical recruitment
• Preferred: Experience recruiting foreign-trained doctors, including navigating visa processes and status requirements
